Keep a fire extinguisher handy when you make this martini! Ingredients:
2 ounces stolichnaya vodka |
2 -3 drops sherry wine |
1 orange |
Directions:
1. Swirl a few drops of sherry in a chilled cocktail glass and pour back out.
2. Squeeze a strip of orange peel into the glass, flame' it with a match, then discard burnt peel.
3. Fill the glass with ice cubes; until chilled, and remove ice.
4. Add vodka, flame' another orange peel around the rim, then discard burnt peel.
5. Stir gently, and serve.
