1 can (8oz) refrigerated crescent dinner rolls |
1/3 cup pizza sauce |
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese |
1 cup finely chopped tomato |
1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese |
chopped fresh basil leaves( if desired) |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray 2. Unroll dough into large rectangle; press performation to seal. 3. Spread pizza sauce evenly over rectangle to within 1 inch of edge 4. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Starting short side, roll up 5. rectangle (jelly-roll fashion) With sharp knife, cut into 16 slices. 6. Place cut side down on cookie sheet 7. Top each slice with 1 TBSP. tomato & about 1 tsp. mozzarella 8. cheese. 9.
