Five Spice Shanghai Marinade |

This marinade is excellent for beef, chicken and seafood. Ingredients:
2/3 cup green onion |
1/4 cup soy sauce |
1/4 cup sherry wine |
2 tablespoons fresh ginger, minced |
2 tablespoons chili oil |
2 teaspoons sesame oil |
2 teaspoons five-spice powder |
Directions:
1. Whisk all ingredients in medium bowl until blended. (Can be prepared 1 day ahead. Cover and refrigerate.). 2. Note: It is also delicious with seafood, but only needs to be brushed on during grilling. |
