Ingredients:
2 tablespoon(s) ketchup
1 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
2 teaspoon(s) packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon(s) five spice powder
1 1/2 pound(s) pork tenderloin
8 skewers
1/4 cup(s) peanuts
1/4 cup(s) cilantro
lime wedges
Directions:
1. mix ketchup, soy sauce, brown sugar and five spice. Trim tenderloin, slice thinly thread onto skewers. Brush with some of sauce.
2. Grill kabobs 3-4 minutes, brush with remaining sauce turn and grill 3 to 4 mores minutes. sprinkle with peanutes and cilantro, serve with lime wedges.
