No beating this fudge is quick, easy, nutty and sweet Ingredients:
2 tbsp butter |
2/3 cup undiluted evaporated milk |
1 2/3 cups sugar |
1/2 tsp salt |
2 cups (4oz) miniture marshmellows |
11/2 cups ( 1 1/2 6-oz. packages semi chocolate pieces |
1 tsp vanilla |
1/2 cup chopped nuts |
Directions:
1. Combine butter, evaporated milk, sugar, and salt in a saucepan over medium heat. 2. Bring to a boil 3. Cook 4 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly.( start timming when the mixture starts to bubble around edges of the pan) 4. Remove from heat. 5. Stir in marshmallows, chocolate, vanilla, and nuts. 6. Stir vigorously for 1 minute (until marshmallows melt and blend) 7. Pour into8- inch square buttered pan. Cool, Cut into squares 8. Makes about 2 lbs |
