A secret family recipe for decades, I just love how simple, quick and of course delicious this fudge recipe is! It really only does take a matter of minutes to prepare and is the smoothest, richest fudge you'll find. Ingredients:
2/3 cup evaporated milk |
1 2/3 cups sugar |
20 marshmallows, sliced |
1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1/2 cup nuts, chopped (optional) |
Directions:
1. Combine milk & sugar in sauce pan. 2. Heat to boiling on low flame. 3. Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. 4. Remove pan from heat. 5. Add marshmallows, chips, vanilla and optional nuts. 6. Stir fudge with wooden spoon until all are melted (about 1 minute). 7. Pour into greased 8” square pan. 8. Cool until set. 9. Cut and serve! |
