Each serving is 2 tablespoons. This came from The Best Way To Cook A Pulses: Beans-Peas-Lentals. I have not tried this, just posting for safe keeping. Ingredients:
19 ounces black beans or 19 ounces navy beans, rinsed and drained |
1/2 cup fat free ranch dressing |
1/2 teaspoon cumin |
2 garlic cloves |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients into food processor or blender. Blend until desired consistency. 2. Lental Dip: Use lentals instead of beans. Use 1 tespoon curry powder instead of 1/2 teaspoon cumin. |
