This is a lighter version of the triditional recipe. A spicy and flavorful dip. Great for parties. Adapted from the cookbook Light Cooking 1998 and photo from the recipe.
Ingredients:

1/2 cup low-fat sour cream
1/2 cup guiltless gourmet salsa ( medium or hot )
1 jar ( 12.5-oz ) guiltless gourmet bean dip ( black or pinto, mild or spicy )
2 cups shredded lettuce
1/2 cup chopped tomato
1/4 cup ( 1-oz ) reduced-fat shredded sharp cheddar cheese
chopped fresh cilantro and cilantro sprigs ( optional )
1 large bag ( 7-oz ) guiltless gourmet baked tortilla chips ( yellow, white, or blue corn )
Directions:
1. Mix together sour cream and salsa in a small bowl. Spread bean dip in a shallow glass bowl. Top with sour cream-salsa mixture. * Just before serving, top with lettuce, tomato and cheese. Garnish with cilantro, if desired. Serve with tortilla chips.
2. *Dip may be prepared to this point; cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours.
