Suggested serving: as a dip for cinnamon tortilla chips, but I think it would be great served with fish. Times do not include chilling. Ingredients:
2 cups cantaloupes, chopped |
6 green onions, chopped |
3 kiwi fruits, peeled and finely chopped |
1 medium navel orange, peeled and finely chopped |
1 medium yellow sweet pepper, chopped |
1 medium sweet red pepper, chopped |
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained |
2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped |
1 cup strawberry, finely chopped |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight. Drain if desired. 2. Just before serving, stir in strawberries. |
