Easy bean salad. Needs refridgerating several hours, or over-night before serving. Ingredients:
1 can (440g) mixed beans |
1 cup frozen green beans |
1 small onion |
1/2 cup white vinegar |
1/3 cup suagr |
1 tbsp oil (either olive or canola oil) |
1/2 tsp salt |
1/2 tsp pepper |
Directions:
1. In a bowl add the can of beans (drained) , green beans and finely chopped onion. 2. Mix the other ingredients together in a jar and shake to mix. 3. Pour over the beans. 4. Leave covered in the fridge overnight. |
