From Prevention's Flat Belly Foods. The original recipe was for salmon and snow peas. Although labeled salmon the fish we ended up with looked more like halibut. The analyzer read higher calories (500) and cholesterol (36%) for salmon.
Ingredients:
4 halibut fillets, skinless (about 1 1/2 inch thick)
1 tsp ginger, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp lime juice, freshly squeezed
2 tsp soy sauce
2 scallions, thinly sliced
1 lb peas
1 avocado, sliced
Directions:
1. Rub ginger and garlic on fish. Steam for 8 mins. Serve with sliced avocado. Drizzle sauce (lime juice, soy sauce, and scallions) over fish. Served with boiled or steamed peas.
