serve with tamarind chutney. Ingredients:
500 g cod (boneless and skinless) |
2 tablespoons red chilies (crushed) |
1 tablespoon cumin seed (roasted and powdered) |
2 tablespoons vinegar |
4 lemons |
salt |
2 tablespoons oil |
Directions:
1. mix all ingredient and marinate fish for 1 to 2 hours. 2. thread on skewers and cook in hot pan.squeeze lemon juice on fish.serve it hot. |
