Fish Marinade for Grilling |

Ingredients:
2 fluid ounces olive oil |
1 clove garlic, chopped |
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper |
1 teaspoon grated lemon, rind of |
1 orange, juice only |
1 tablespoon chopped basil |
1 tablespoon chopped parsley |
1 tablespoon angostura low sodium soy sauce |
1/4 cup red onion |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together and pour over fish. 2. Marinate fish for about 30 minutes, but never marinate for more than 1 hour, as the fish will begin to cook. 3. Cook fish over a charcoal grill, 8 to 10 minutes a side. |
