This is a light spicy tasty snacks.Goes perfectly with drinks Ingredients:
1 or 2eggs |
6tsps flour |
11/2tsps lemon juice |
1/2tsp anchovy sauce |
water to make a paste |
350gms fish |
1/2tsp ajinomoto |
1/2tsp black pepper |
salt to taste |
Directions:
1. Wash the fish and dry with duster. 2. Sprinkle lemon juice and 1/2tsp salt on it. 3. Cut small pieces of fish 4. Beat eggs,and flour,salt,anchovy sauce,black pepper and ajinomoto 5. Deep the fish pieces into egg mixture and roll in bread crumbs 6. Then roll on wooden board to shape into fingers 7. Deep fry in ghee untill brown on all sides 8. Drain on paper and serve with tomato sauce |
