From the Young Times magazine. Ingredients:
1 kg fish, cut into long strips |
1 teaspoon vinegar |
2 lemons, juice of |
1 teaspoon black pepper, powdered |
2 eggs |
1 cup breadcrumbs |
salt |
1 cup garlic juice |
oil (for frying) |
Directions:
1. Mix salt and garlic juice together. 2. Place the pieces of fish in the mixture for 1-2 minutes. 3. Remove the fish pieces. 4. Add salt, vinegar and lemon juice to it. 5. Mix well. 6. Keep aside for 2 hours. 7. In another bowl, beat the eggs, one at a time. 8. Add black pepper to it. 9. One by one, now dip the fish pieces in the egg mixture, then dip it in the breadcrumbs. 10. Deep fry on a low flame till golden brown. 11. When done, remove the pieces of fish. 12. Drain on a tissue paper. 13. Serve hot with ketchup. 14. Enjoy! |
