Easy and tasty. Ingredients:
2 cod fish fillets |
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice |
1 1/2 teaspoons butter, melted |
1/4 teaspoon herbs, like dried basil, dill, parsley |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
1/4 teaspoon onion salt |
Directions:
1. Arrange fish in single layer in baking dish. 2. Mix lemon juice, melted butter and dried herbs; drizzle over fish. 3. Sprinkle with pepper and onion salt. 4. Bake uncovered for 8 - 10 minutes per 1 inch thickness of fillets. |
