Fish Fillets With Caper Mayonnaise |

A tasty fish dish. Ingredients:
1 lb fish fillet, white fish |
2 teaspoons oil |
salt |
pepper |
3 tablespoons mayonnaise |
1 1/2 tablespoons capers, coarsely chopped |
1 1/2 teaspoons parsley, minced |
lemon slice |
Directions:
1. Arrange fish on baking sheet. 2. Brush with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. 3. Combine mayonnaise, capers and parsley; spread on top of fillets. 4. Bake in 425F oven 8 minutes for fresh fish, and then broil for 2 minutes until golden brown. 5. Garnish with lemon slices. |
