1 tablespoon dijon mustard |
1 cup stale breadcrumbs |
1/3 cup mozzarella cheese |
1/3 cup cheddar cheese |
1/3 cup parmesan cheese |
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley |
2 garlic cloves, crushed |
2 teaspoons lemon pepper seasoning |
4 firm white fish fillets |

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. 2. Combine mustard, breadcrumbs, cheeses, parsley, garlic and seasoning in large bowl. 3. Place fish on oiled oven tray; press cheese mixture onto fish, spray with cooking oil spray. 4. Bake, uncovered, in hot oven about 10-15 minutes or until cheese browns and fish is cooked through. |
