2 tbs. olive oil |
1 small onion-sliced |
3 cloves garlic thinly sliced |
1 (14.5 ounce) can of diced tomatoes |
1/2 cup black olives,pitted and sliced |
1 tbs. fresf parsley-chopped |
1/2 cup dry white wine |
1# mild fish fillits(cod-turbot-perch-ect. ) |
Directions:
1. in a large skillet,heat oil over medium-high heat.saute onions and garlic in oil till softened. 2. stir in tomatoes,olives,parsley and wine.simmer for 5 minutes, 3. place fillits in sauce and simmer for 5 minutes or till fish flakes easly. |
