A easy quick breakfast or brunch Ingredients:
2 250g white fish fillets |
1 glass champagne |
100g butter |
plain flower |
1/2 cup grated cheese tasty |
1/4 cup seedless grapes halved |
1 tblsp parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. In a heavy based fry pan melt butter over med heat. Coat fillets with flour and add to pan. Cook 1 min then turn. Make shore to shake the pan to ensure the fish dose not stick.Season with salt and pepper, pour champagne over. simmer for a further min. add grapes. Sprinkle with tasty cheese then finish with Parmesan. Place fry pan under grill until cheese is melted and golden serve with the rest of the bubbley |
