remove the eggs from the fish and cut the egg sack so that the eggs can be squeezed out of it.squeeze the eggs into a pot of boiling water and boil them for about six minutes.pour eggs thought a strainer
place the eggs in a large bowl
add equal amount of cottage cheese as the fish eggs
add 1 teaspoon mustard for every cup of fish eggs
mix all well until smooth and creamy
add salt and pepper
spread heavily on buttered bread
