An excelent seafood meal Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs haddock fillets |
1 medium onion, thinly sliced |
1 garlic clove, finely minced |
1/4 inch fresh gingerroot, minced |
1 zucchini, thinly sliced |
1 green pepper, sliced |
chives, finely chopped |
6 tablespoons tomatoes or 6 tablespoons spaghetti sauce |
butter |
salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Place fish on foil and top with remaining ingredients. 2. Dot with butter and sprinkle with salt and pepper; wrap securely. 3. Grill on bbq for 20 to 25 minutes turning once. |
