Directions:
1. ST BOIL FISH IN, (CRAB BOIL AND WATER), WATER UNTILL FALLING APART 2. ND BOIL POTATOES IN, (CRAB BOIL AND WATER), WATER UNTILL SOFT 3. RD COMBIGNE FISH, EGGS,GREEN ONION(CHOPPED FINE), AND MIX 4. TH PUT RITZ CRACKERS IN A ZIPLOCK BAG AND POUND THEM INTO DUST 5. TH ADD RITZ CRACKER DUST TO FISH MIXTURE ,MIXING WELL, UNTILL FISH MIX IS FIRM ENOUGH TO ROLL INTO MEATBALL SIZE BALLS 6. TH ROLL IN FLOUR AND FLATTEN SLIGHTLY 7TH HEAT OIL TO 350 AND FRY UNTILL MED DARK/ FLOATING 7. FINALLY SERVE HOT AS APPITIZER WITH Heinz Ketchup AND ENJOY 8. NOTE ALSO VERY GOOD COLD |
