This is an excellent batter that will cling to your fish so that it won't fall off when you cut into it. It makes a wonderful crispy covering Ingredients:
1/4 cup vegetable oil |
2/3 cup flour |
1 egg, beaten |
3/4 cup milk |
1/8th tsp. salt |
Directions:
