Fish baked a la russe is really dainty. This dish will make your holiday table or buffet tasty, delicious and different.
Ingredients:
3/4 lb fish (pike,cod, cat-fish, perch).
3/4 lb potatoes par-boiled.
for sour cream sauce.
3 c..sour cream add more if you need too.
3 tablespoons flour.
1 tablespoons oil.
1/3 cheese.
salt.
Directions:
1. Grease a pan with fat, put sliced potatoes around and fish slices in the center, salt.
2. Mix sour cream with oil and flour thoroughly and pour over .
3. Sprinkle with cheese.
4. And bake in the oven for 30-40 mins.
