May add a handful of chopped dehydrate berries or other fruit, chocochips or leftover cooked oatmeal. Ingredients:
2 cups baking mix |
1/2 cup instant dry milk |
3 tsp. egg replacer |
1/2 - 1/3 cup water or margarine |
Directions:
1. Put all dry ingredients in a Zip-loc bag. 2. Seal, write the amount of water to add on the outside of the bag. 3. At campsite, add most of the water and mix to form a smooth batter. Add more water if needed. 4. Cook over moderate heat in a lightly greased skillet until bubbles form and burst. 5. Turn and cook the other side until brown. 6. Do not press down on the pancake while it is cooking. |
