Firehouse Caesar Salad Dressing |

This is a hot and spicy dressing we have for dinners at the station. Ingredients:
14 ounces anchovies |
8 ounces parmesan cheese |
2 tablespoons dijon mustard |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
tabasco sauce |
2 lemons |
pepper |
1 egg |
1 egg yolk |
1 -2 habanero pepper |
1 cup olive oil |
Directions:
1. Juice lemons. 2. Shread Parmesan cheese, use 3/4 in dressing and top salad with remaining. 3. Mix all ingredients together in a blender and enjoy. |
