If you like Frank's Hot Sauce, brand you'll love these meatballs. A party food recipe which won first prize in a Franks Hot sauce contest . Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef |
1/2 cup italian seasoned breadcrums |
1 egg |
1/2 of an onion minced |
1 1/2 tsp franks hot sauce |
sauce |
1/2 cup franks' hot sauce |
1 cup ketsup |
3/4 cup beer, any kind |
Directions:
1. Combine meatball ingrdients, mix well and shape into 1 inch balls 2. Bake in a 400F oven about 10 minutes or cooked through 3. In a pot, combine sauce ingredients and simmer 10 minutes until a bit thickened. 4. ASdd meatballs, stir to coat and heat through for 5 minutes. 5. Place in chafing dish for serving |
