Fire Roasted Tomato Sirloin Steak Skillet |

A nice quick 20 minute start to finish recipe served with rice. Ingredients:
4 beef sirloin steaks, cut into strips |
2 (9 ounce) packages campbells skillet sauces fire-roasted tomato |
2 tablespoons vegetable oil |
3 cups long grain rice |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat. 2. Add beef sirloin and cook until well browned. 3. Stir in roasted skillet sauce, and heat to boil. Reduce heat to low. 4. Cover, and cook 5 minutes, or until steaks are cooked through. 5. Cook rice according to package directions. 6. Serve over cooked rice. |
