This Recepie was adapted from one I had used for ever Ingredients:
8 roma tomatoes |
3 poblano peppers |
3 green chilies |
3 jalapenos |
1 1/2 onions |
3 garlic cloves |
1/2 bunch fresh cilantro |
3 tablespoons lemon juice |
salt |
Directions:
1. roast all ingredients except garlic and cilantro on the grill till cooked through and slightly blackened. 2. chop onions and cilantro in food processor; set aside. 3. when all the ingredients on the grill are thoroughly cooked, chop in food processor. 4. combine all ingredients together. 5. serve hot or cold. |
