Fire Roasted Red Pepper Hummus |

I made this one night when my husband was working late and my son was at my moms...(there was no need to cook lol) Ingredients:
1 can garbanzo beans |
2-4 fire roasted red peppers (depending on size) |
2 smashed garlic cloves |
1/2 - 1 whole foil packet of sazon goya (untraditional but it's a special trick) |
salt and pepper (to taste) |
dash of balsamic vinegar or cider |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Chill and serve with pita crackers or veggies. 2. Simple and yet so yummy! Enjoy! |
