A very easy recipe that tastes so good! (Prep time does not include at least 2 hours chill time)
Ingredients:
1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons coarse salt
1/2 teaspoon finely chopped hot fresh chili pepper, such as habenero
4 cups fresh pineapple chunks
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl, combine sugar, salt, and chile, pressing with the back of a spoon until mixed. Stir in the pineapple and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to 1 day.
