Sold at Exposition Sate Fair In Mass. A Mass Poultry Assoc, Recipe. We ate it and it was delish!! This is a baked oven pancake with souffle like texture. It was cut into squares right from the pan. Ingredients:
8 large eggs |
1 qt fresh milk |
3 to 4 tbs sugar |
1 tsp salt |
1 cup flour |
1/4 lb butter |
Directions:
1. Sray a 12 x 16 inch pan with cooking spray 2. Then melt butter in pan. 3. Beat well the eggs, milk, sugar and flour. 4. Pour into a the pan over the melted butter. 5. Bake 450F about 20 to 23 minutes. 6. Serve hot with syrup, jelly or butter 7. Note: Cut recipe in half for 9 x 13 pan or in thirds for an 8 x 8 pan |
