Ingredients:
1 small onion (grated) |
1/2 teaspoon sugar |
4 tablespoons half-and-half |
salt and pepper (to taste) |
1 -2 tablespoon olive oil |
1 lb fresh mushrooms (sliced) |
1 quart salad greens |
Directions:
1. Combine the ingredients for the dressings, set aside. 2. Heat a small amount of olive oil in a frying pan. Saute mushrooms until soft. 3. Add the mushrooms in with the salad greens, pour over dressing. Toss to coat. |
