Is there a Zaar World Tour III in our future? Just in case, I'm posting this one as every region needs a good chocolate recipe. Quite different from most puddings as farina, not cornstarch is used as a thickening agent. Ingredients:
2 cups milk |
2 tablespoons sugar |
1 tablespoon cocoa powder |
1/3 cup farina |
1 dash salt |
Directions:
1. Bring the milk to a boil. 2. Combine the cocoa and farina with the salt and sugar and stir into the milk. 3. Continue cooking, stirring constantly, until thickened. |
