Based on a recipe from Ray Foley’s the Ultimate Little Martini Book containing over 1000 martini recipes. Ingredients:
1 tablespoon superfine sugar, for frosting rim of glass |
7 parts classic finlandia vodka |
splash peppermint schnapps |
Directions:
1. Frost rim of chilled martini glass with superfine sugar. 2. Add vodka and peppermint schnapps to a cocktail shaker filled with crushed ice. 3. Shake vigorously. 4. Pour into prepared martini glass. |
