Ohhhh so good & good for you. Ingredients:
12 finger bananas, ripe & firm to the touch |
butter |
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, freshly grated |
Directions:
1. Peel the bananas & slice in half lengthwise. Brown to a golden color in butter in frying pan over moderate heat. 2. Drain on paper towel. Set on a platter & sprinkle with cheese. |
