A very addictive, healthy breakfast or snack. Any fruit goes well in this smoothie. Ingredients:
1/4 silken tofu |
1 cup frozen strawberries, about 8 |
1/3 cup orange juice |
2 tablespoons honey |
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or use immersion blender. Puree until smooth. |
