After having had lap-band surgery, I often need to add some protein to my daily intake. This is something I made that is very filling. My preferences are 100 calorie Muscle milk light and yoplait light yogurt (in the blue container). At BJs and Costco the muscle milk is in 8 and 8.5 oz containers. Ingredients:
1 (8 1/2 ounce) container chocolate, protein drink |
1 (6 ounce) container yogurt |
ice cube (optional) |
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients in a blender and mix (until ice is crushed to own liking). |
