A very filling meal with only 200 calories and lots of protein Ingredients:
1/2 cup oatmeal |
1 large egg white |
1 1/2 tbsp reduced fat 2% milk |
1 tsp granulated sugar |
Directions:
1. Put the oatmeal in your blender and chop into a course flour 2. Place oat flour in a small bowl and add milk, egg white, and sugar. You can also add some cinnamon for extra flavor. 3. Cook on med heat for about 3 minutes on each side 4. You can eat plain as a quick on the go snack after a workout or top with sugar free syrup or fresh fruit of your choice. |
