Fillet Steak With Red Wine, Chilli and Parmesan

Ingredients:
4 (150 g) steak fillets, cut through to make eight slices
30 g butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup red wine
1 red chile, finely sliced
1/4 cup parsley, leaves finely chopped
100 g fresh parmesan cheese, finely shaved
salt
black pepper, freshly ground
potato, mashed
Directions:
1. Season steak well. Heat butter and oil in pan and cook steak as desired. Remove and keep warm.
2. Add wine and collect all tasty bits of steak left in the pan.
3. Plate the mash, top with steaks, spoon over the wine sauce, scatter with chilli, parmesan and parsley. Yum!
