A quick fish dish for two. Ingredients:
3 tablespoons butter |
2 sole fillets |
1 tablespoon lemon juice |
2 tablespoons dry sherry |
2 tablespoons finely chopped onions |
1/4 cup chopped mushroom |
1/2 teaspoon salt, to taste |
1 tablespoon flour |
3/4 cup cream |
Directions:
1. Grease baking dish. 2. Dust fillets with flour. 3. Arrange fillets and sprinkle with lemon juice, sherry, onion, mushrooms and salt Add cream. 4. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. |
