1 lb salmon fillet |
1/4 cup dry vermouth |
1 tablespoon stone ground dijon mustard |
Directions:
1. Preheat broiler. 2. Place fillet in baking dish. 3. Spread mustard on fillet, and pour vermouth over top. 4. Broil 2-3 inches from heat for about 5 minutes each side. |
