Tasty vegetables! Ingredients:
1 cup sliced carrot |
1/2 cup diced onion |
1 tablespoon minced garlic |
3 cups fat free broth (i prefer better-than-bullion to make broth) |
3 cups diced green cabbage |
1 cup green beans |
1 can diced tomato |
1/2 teaspoon dried basil |
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Saute carrot, onion and garlic over low heat in a large saucepan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. 2. About 5 minutes. 3. Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to boil. 4. Lower heat and simmer, covered, until beans are tender. 5. About 20 minutes. |
