Filipino Style Cheese Ravioli |

My take on La Tasca's Cheese Ravioli Ingredients:
for the ravioli |
10 pieces lasagna strips, cut into squares |
about 3 to 4 cups of 2 types of cheese, grated (quick melt and cheddar will do) |
for the cheese sauce |
1 can campbell's cream of mushroom soup |
1 cup grated cheese |
1 small can carnation evaporated cooking milk |
2 white onions, minced |
2 tsp cooking oil |
Directions:
1. To make the ravioli: 2. Put the grated cheeses on top of a lasagna square 3. cover with another lasagna square, forming a cheese ravioli (press sides of ravioli with a fork to seal in the cheese 4. To make the sauce: 5. in a shallow pot, put in oil and then saute the onions 6. add in the campbell's soup 7. stir in the milk 8. add in 1 cup of cheese 9. add in the cheese ravioli 10. bring to a boil or until ravioli is cooked or of the texture you want in a ravioli 11. scoop out the raviolis and put in a platter 12. pour in the cheese sauce |
