Ingredients:
2 lbs shrimp
2 tablespoons onions
2 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 cup mountain dew soda
2 teaspoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon water
1/2 cup tomato
1 tablespoon oil
Directions:
1. put oil in skillet.
2. add crushed cloves garlic and finely diced onion.
3. peel and devein shrimp leaving tails on.
4. add to pan fry.
5. add tomato diced fine.
6. add sugar.
7. add mountain dew or sprite.
8. cook 5 minutes.
9. add cornstarch and water.
10. cook until thick.
