Filet Mignon With Balsamic Glaze

This would be my idea of a great dinner for two! I am quite a fan of filet and who can't handle a glorious balsamic glaze? This comes to us courtesy of LINDA W.
Ingredients:
2 (4 ounce) filet mignon steaks
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
salt to taste
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup dry red wine
Directions:
1. Sprinkle freshly ground black pepper over both sides of steaks and salt to taste.
2. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium high heat.
3. Place steaks in hot pan and cook for 1 minute on each side or until browned.
4. Reduce heat to medium low and add balsamic vinegar and wine.
5. Cover and cook for 4 minutes on each side, basting upon turning.
6. Remove steaks to two warmed plates.
7. Spoon one tablespoon glaze over each steak and serve immediately.
