1 (1.9-oz.) package mini-phyllo pastry shells |
crumbled goat cheese |
fresh figs, cut into quarters |
kosher salt |
pepper |
balsamic glaze |
Directions:
1. Bake mini-phyllo pastry shells on a baking sheet at 350° for 5 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Fill each with 1 tsp. crumbled goat cheese; top each with 2 fresh fig quarters. Sprinkle with kosher salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle with bottled balsamic glaze. |
