Fig, Brie and Basil Pizza |

This is a quick and easy lunch or dinner idea using English Muffin halves. This is my own creation from my blog: Ingredients:
8 lightly toasted whole wheat english muffins, split |
8 slices brie cheese (thin slices) |
8 tablespoons fig preserves |
8 fresh basil leaves, chopped |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425°F 2. Place toasted muffins onto a baking sheet. Top evenly with brie cheese. 3. Spoon a heaping Tablespoon of Fig preserves onto each pizza. 4. Bake for 6-9 minutes, or until cheese is melted and crust is crisp. 5. Top with basil. |
