A sweet and savoury vinaigrette. Makes 3/4 cup. Keeps in fridge for 1 week. Ingredients:
1/4 cup fig vinegar |
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil |
1 teaspoon sea salt |
1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper |
1 teaspoon dijon mustard |
1/2 teaspoon horseradish |
Directions:
